About Debra

I came to the world of online business management after a career as a senior administrator in the higher education and training sector that spanned over two decades and six countries. I have a range of qualifications in the areas of education, management, coaching, and social science along with extensive experience in managing seven-figure businesses, and leading large, diverse teams. Having moved into the online space, and physically to the mountains of Spain, I enjoy sharing my knowledge and real-life experience with entrepreneurs who are starting or scaling their businesses. Through my business management support and services, I aim to empower business owners to create successful, sustainable and resilient businesses while still having a life.

I currently divide my time between Dubai and Spain and live with my very patient husband, two mischievous cats and an over-enthusiastic husky. I speak Spanish fluently (C1, aiming for C2) and slightly rusty French.
