About Debra

Debra McDermott, PhD, founded her consultancy after a successful career as a director in the higher education and training sector that spanned over two decades. Driven by a desire for greater flexibility and work-life balance, she sought a role that would also still allow her to continue to make a positive impact. With a strong foundation in the management of seven-figure businesses, and leading large, diverse teams, Debra brings a wealth of knowledge and real-life experience. Through her business management support and services, Debra aims to empower business owners to create fantastically successful, sustainable and resilient businesses.

Debra currently divides her time between Dubai and Spain and lives with her husband and small menagerie of rescued pets. She speaks Spanish fluently and slightly rusty French.
